What is the menu on Wednesday ??
The most distinctive pho restaurant I have ever been, and the price is similar to other pho restaurants. Their phos are not the traditional Vietnamese pho, but I think theirs taste better than the traditional one. I remember they have passion fruit flavor and snail flavor. Are they sound special to you? Come and try!
MoreFresh ingredients. Delicious broth.
Amazing pho. Limited menu options but everything is great. Shredded chicken is the best chicken noodle soup I've ever had.
MoreThe soups here are so homey and so affordable. If you love Southeast Asian food and you're in the neighborhood, come try the noodle soups.
MoreGreat place to stop in for a soup, really enjoyed the rich broth, great flavour.
I'm in love with everything they do, but I do miss their sandwiches.. Sundays is tumeric noodles and you'll not find better.
MoreEveryday of the week is something new. Make sure you check the menu or you may only have a choice of two dishes you don't like. Other than that, delicious.
MoreOne of the best places to get Northern, family style Pho on the west coast. They have only two different kinds of soup each day. Try them all!!!! Don't forget to try their Vietnamese coffee as well!Mondays, they have Shrimpcake Noodle Soup & Crabflake Noodle Soup.Tuesdays they are closed.Wednesday is Chicken Curry Noodle Soup & Peppery Pork Ball Noodle Soup (One of my favorite soups in Portland)Thursday is Snail Noodle Soup (Try it, it's really good) & Shredded Chicken Noodle Soup.Friday is Pnompenh Noodle Soup & Chicken Pho.Saturday is Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Another amazing soup!) & Peppery Pork Ball Noodle Soup. Saturday is my favorite day to visit!Sunday has Northern Pho Noodle Soup & Vietnamese Turmeric Noodles.
MoreA small restaurant located in a strip mall near Division and SE 82nd.It was not busy on a Friday afternoon and I was seated immediately. The menu offers two different Vietnamese soups each day. The soup is served until it is gone.I ordered the chicken pho with rice noodles. The broth had good taste to it and was not salty.Overall a good pho with subtle flavors.
MoreGood Taro bubble tea! Couldn’t eat the Pho because I’m vegetarian. Very nice staff.
MoreSo good. And the restaurant is warm. I hate pho restaurants that are so cold you have to keep your coat on.
MoreAmazing food, very friendly employees, can't wait to go back!
Amazing broths and bahn mis. But get there early as they close once they run out of ingredients.
MoreHaven't found a better pho place then HA & VL.if they are closed early go to rose vl "HA & VL 2"
MoreEasily the best Pho in town. Only two types of homey dishes everyday from which you can choose. Closed for dinner. Expect long wait on weekends.
MoreMust visit for authentic south east Asian noodle soup. Flavors are good, ingredients are fresh, toppings are plentiful, price is fair, and service is very fast. If I lived in Portland I would try each of their daily soups. Be aware there is only 2 to choose from each day of the week.
MoreTotally authentic, family run, good vibe. Definitely among the best bowls of pho I've had since I visited Vietnam!
MoreVery good noodle soups and something different each day of the week. I love this place
MoreHands down one of the best hidden gems in Portland. Only two soup options a day. Every once in awhile a hidden third is added. Ask it will be worth it. They sale out fast once it's gone, it's gone.
MoreNot overrated! Food is exquisite! We had a friend make a call in to reserve some of the turmeric noodle for us. I have not had a broth that clear and delicious in ages. There is much care that goes into their food and it shows! They were nominated for a Beard award and I hope they get it as it would be well deserved. Do yourself a favor and check it out, but go in early as they only make limited amounts. When they're out, they're out.
